Individual Routine Creation
Each student will create their own unique routine based on the unit of study that has just been completed. Students will create a warm-up and a series of exercises to complete the routine.

Student does not explain in detail 9 different activities. The routine does not flow well from activity to activity. The routine could not be used by anyone.
Detailed Descriptions

Student provides more than adequate descriptions of all activities and exercises. Student writes in a way that is easy for others to understand.

Student provides fairly adequate descriptions of all activities and exercises. Student writes in a way that is fairly easy for others to understand.
Poor
Student provides inadequate descriptions of most activities and exercises. Student writes in a way that makes it difficult to understand or comprehend.
Overall Understanding
Good
Student demonstrates an excellent understanding of a proper warm-up and well flowing routine to overall endurance training.
Fair
Student shows a basic understanding of concepts related to warm-up and routine creation..
Poor
Student lacks any understanding to proper warm-up or routine creation. Student does not understand endurance training.
