Building a Gingerbread House to model a real house 
A rubric that depicts the various stages and completion of gingerbread house construction. This is the building block to another project where we find the area of the walls and determine how much paint or wallpaper we would need to cover our walls and also how much carpet that we would need to cover the floor of our house!
