Level of Cueing	1 Student needs three types of cueing: verbal, visual, and tactile, to achieve success.	2 Student needs two types of cueing: verbal/visual, visual/tactile, verbal/tactile, etc., to achieve success.	3 Student needs one type of cueing: verbal, visual, or tactile, to achieve success.	4 Student requires no more than indirect verbal models to achieve success.
Amount of Cueing	1 The student needs cueing more than 50% of trials to achieve success. (max)	2 The student needs cueing 26-49% of trials to achieve success. (mod)	3 The student needs cueing 6%-25% of trials to achieve success. (min)	4 The student needs cueing 5% or less to achieve success. (none-min)
Level of Production	1 The student produces the sound correctly in isolation and/or syllable combinations.	2 The student produces the sound correctly in at least one position (beginning, middle, end) in words.	3 The student produces the sound correctly in at least one word position (e.g. beginning, middle, end) in phrases/sentences.	4 The student produces the sound in spontaneous speech in at least one word position (e.g. beginning, middle, end) during carry over activities/conversation.
