Descriptive Writing Rubric 
Students will describe a location using strong verbs and sensory words to create a descriptive Powergraph. Writing will be graded on capitalization, punctuation, use of main idea, supporting major details and minor details, spelling, plural and possessive noun use, subject/verb tense and agreement, and use of sensory words and strong verbs.
