Safety	Poor No safety glasses. Did not wear respirator. No shirt not tucked in.	Fair Had safety glasses, respirator on and off during repair. No shirt not tucked in.	Good Had safety glasses, respirator on 75% during repair. No shirt tucked in.	Above Average Had safety glasses, respirator on 90% during repair. Gloves on tucked in.	Excellent Had safety glasses, respirator and gloves on 100% during the complete repair. Had boots and shirt tucked in.
Selecting the proper grit	Poor Did not select the proper grit for the job Panel not sanded . Didn't wipe down with cleaner. Didn't blow off panel.	Fair Sanded panel with wrong grit completely and no cross cut motion. Didn't sand edges or wipe down with cleaner. Didn't blow off panel.	Good Sanded panel with 75% accuracy with the cross cut motion and with correct grit. Wiped down panel with cleaner, missed a few areas. Used blow gun 75% accuracy.	Above Average Sanded panel to 90% accuracy with the cross cut motion . Wiped down panel with cleaner missed no areas. Used blow gun 90% accuracy.	Excellent Sanded panel with 100% accuracy with the cross cut motion. Wiped down panel with cleaner missed no areas. Used blow gun 100% accuracy.
