Group Work - Self Assessment This rubric is for you to evaluate yourself and the work you put in over these last 3 class periods. This work is centered around the different groups that were assigned for the Philippines Walk. After completing this assessment for yourself evaluate your fellow group members by putting their initials inside the boxes that categorize their work. Focus on the Task	Incomplete Hardly ever stays on task. Lets others do the work.	Partially Proficient Stays on task some of the time. Group members must sometimes remind this person to do the work.	Proficient Stays on task most of the time. Group members can count on this person.	Exemplary Stays on task all of the time without reminders.
Research and Information Sharing	Incomplete Almost never provides useful information or ideas for discussion.	Partially Proficient Sometimes provides useful information and ideas for discussion.	Proficient Usually provides useful information and ideas for discussion.	Exemplary Gathers information and shares useful ideas for discussions. All information fits the group's goals.
Problem Solving	Incomplete Does not try to solve problems or help others solve problems.	Partially Proficient Does not offer solutions, but is willing to try solutions suggested by other group members.	Proficient Improves on solutions suggested by other group members.	Exemplary Actively seeks and suggests solutions to problems.
Group Teamwork	Incomplete Does not work well with others and shows no interest in completing group goals.	Partially Proficient Occasionally helps to complete group goals, but does not show consistent effort.	Proficient Usually helps to complete group goals on a consistent basis.	Exemplary Actively works to complete all group goals.
Enthusiasm/ Overall Effort	Incomplete Shows no enthusiasm towards the project. Spent a majority of class time away from other group members, ignoring their responsibilities.	Partially Proficient Shows some enthusiasm but does not consistently work. Spent some class time away from other group members, avoiding responsibility.	Proficient Usually enthusiastic. Spends a majority of class time working with their group.	Exemplary Enthusiastic and active through out class time. Actively engaged other groups to assist or share information.
