Writes/Records information	Poor Student does not participate in creating graph.	Fair Student participates only partially in creating graph.	Good Student fully participates in recording all information to create graph.
Follows directions	Poor Student needs help more than 2 times in order to complete graph (marking tally marks, numbers, categories, etc).	Fair Student needs help only 1 or 2 times with graph.	Good Student is able to do all work independently.
Labels graph correctly	Poor Student needs help 2 times or makes more than 2 errors in labeling x and y axis on graph.	Fair Student needs help only 1 time or makes only 1 error in labeling x and y axis on graph.	Good Student labels x and y axis correctly.
Names graph appropriately	Poor Student has inappropriate name or no name for graph.	Fair Student needs help 1 time in naming graph.	Good Student names graph appropriately.
Attitude	Poor Student has a poor attitude even after being corrected by the teacher.	Fair Student has to be reminded once about a poor attitude.	Good Student is cooperative and has a positive attitude during assignment.
