College PowerPoint Presentation College PowerPoint Presentation This rubric explains, through a ppt presentation, the steps necessary to obtain a career in a particular chosen field. It will discuss the college of choice, degree program, chosen field of study, the salary of chosen study, and what that chosen field of study does. It will also show what chances of advancement are available in this field, and what the student would like to be doing five-ten years from now. Intro, Body, ConclusionSlides Worth 1-20 points	Excellent 10 required slides or more with relevant information. Topic is discussed clearly and adequate points are made.	Good 8-10 slides with relevant information. Topic is somewhat discussed but more information is required.	Fair 6-8 slides with relevant information. Topic is slightly discussed but more material is needed.	Poor 5 slides or less slides OR slides do not contain relevant information. Topic is addressed but not discussed or elaborated on.
Powerpoint/Graphics Worth 1-10 points	Excellent Slides are attractive. Text is legible. No grammatical errors. Graphics and effects are used throughout to enhance presentation. Information is at the advanced level and consistently supports images.	Good Slides are attractive. Text is legible. No grammatical errors. Knowledge Worth 1-20 points	Excellent Speaker is well informed and elaborates beyond the displayed material.	Good Speaker is well informed and elaborates a bit beyond the material displayed.	Fair Speaker brings little knowledge to the presentation beyond what is displayed	Poor Speaker simply reads the material displayed.

Citations Worth 1-5 points	Excellent Sources of information are properly cited so that the audience can determine the credibility and authority of the information presented.	Good Most sources of information use proper citation, and sources are documented to make it possible to check on the accuracy of information.	Fair Sometimes copyright guidelines are followed and some information, photos and graphics do not use proper citations.	Poor No copyright guidelines are followed and some information, photos and graphics do not use proper citations.
