Overall Neatness	Poor Illegible handwriting. Incorrect spelling. Showing a general lack of effort. Messy Paper. No Heading	Fair Handwriting that is legible but needs improvement. Some spelling errors but shows effort. Missing two parts of the header or all parts of the header or not in the right place.	Good Good handwriting, spelling and general neatness. All parts of the header are present and in the write place. Paper is free of stains, stray marks, or doodles.
Grammar, Punctuation, Spelling	Poor Usage of text messaging language, symbols, abbreviations, and lower case I. Majority of answer are answers incomplete sentences.	Fair Answers contains few grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. Some conversational or text messaging language use. At least 75% of the sentences are answered in complete sentences.	Good Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed; spelling is correct. Language is somewhat clear and precise; sentences display somewhat strong, and varied structure. Academic language is used.
