Weatherman
Look at the weather in a particular area over the course of a week. Write a 2-3 sentence summary each night in your journal. At the end of the week, make predictions for the following week by drawing a weather map. Make sure to include high and/or low pressure systems, fronts, average temperatures, and at least other weather phenomenon (Precipitation, storms, etc). Present the information to the class as though you were a meteorologist presenting on the nightly news.
