Fair Includes 1-2 pieces of the necessary basic information, but lack the other. Could also lack detail in the information given.	Good Includes all pieces of necessary basic information with adequate details included.
Procedure Steps for the investigation.	Poor Lacks a procedure.	Fair Includes a procedure, but lacks necessary details and/or missing steps in the procedure.	Good Includes a procedure with the necessary details and steps to complete the investigation.
Conclusion Plan for comparison of results and a conclusion of results.	Poor Lacks a results comparison and conclusion.	Fair Includes either a results comparison or conclusion. Could also lack detail in the information given.	Good Includes a results comparison and conclusion with full and complete thoughts and details.
