Meeting - Content is accurate and persuasive.<BR> - Major points are stated.<BR> - Content and purpose of the writing are clear.<BR> - Most questions answered.	Approaching - Major points are addressed, but not well supported. <BR> - Responses are inadequate or do not address assignment.<BR> - Some questions answered.	Beginning - Content is incomplete.<BR> - Major points are not clear and /or persuasive.<BR> - Few questions answered.
Grammar, Punctuation & Spelling	Exceeding - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed; spelling is correct.	Meeting - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed with less than 5 errors.	Approaching - Paper contains 5 - 10 grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors .
