Excellent

Presentation has no misspellings or grammatical errors. Presentation is focused and thoroughly addresses the requirements of the question chosen.
Focus on Task

Poor

Rarely focuses on the task and what needs to be done. Sometimes chooses not to participate and does not complete his or her part of the task.
Fair

Focuses on the task and what needs to be done some of the time. Other group members must sometimes remind this person to keep on task.
Satisfactory team member who does what is required.
Good

Focuses on the task and what needs to be done all of the time. Can be counted on for active participation. A strong team member who tries hard.
Excellent

Consistently focuses on the task and what needs to be done. Very self directed.
A great team member who contributes, encourages, and works well with others.
Elocution

Poor

Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.
Fair

Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.
Good

Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.
Excellent

Student uses a clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation of terms so that all audience members can hear presentation.
