FTN New Hire 
This rubric is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the FTN New Hire training program. The overall goal of this program is for each trained employee to perform at a 90% accuracy rate. This training program will be deemed highly effective based on the successful fulfillment of Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model.
