FTN New Hire This rubric is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the FTN New Hire training program. The overall goal of this program is for each trained employee to perform at a 90% accuracy rate. This training program will be deemed highly effective based on the successful fulfillment of Kirkpatrick's Evaluation Model. Is the employee aware of behavior modification? Do the key performance indicators suggest improvement in behavior Is the employee error rate 11% - 20%?	Fair Are there noticeable and measurable changes in employee performance? Is the employee aware of behavior modification? Do the key performance indicators suggest improvement in behavior Is the employee error rate 21% - 30%?	Poor Are there noticeable and measurable changes in employee performance? Is the employee aware of behavior modification? Do the key performance indicators suggest improvement in behavior Is the employee error rate 31% or greater?
Level IV Results: Regulatory and compliance audits	Excellent The quality of work has improved by 9% - 10%. Trained employees meet at least 90% of the quota.	Good The quality of work of trained employees has improved by 8% - 8.9%. Trained employees meet 80% - 89% of the quota.	Fair The quality of work of trained employees has improved by 6% - 7.9%.
