Use of tools	Poor The student did not show proper use of the tools and acted irresponsibly.	Fair The student showed improper use of tools at certain times and required reminding when it came to putting tools away.	Good The student was responsible when using the tools the majority of the time and typically returned tools to their proper location.	Outstanding The student showed responsible use of all tools throughout the entire process and returned tools to the proper location.
Use of product/greens	Poor Student wasted product and used more than their share on the wreath.	Fair The student wasted a little product and could have done a better job of managing the project.	Good The student wasted very little product and made sure their wreath was complete.	Outstanding The student took and used the proper amount of material and did not waste the products during the making of their wreath. Used only one wire rack and made one bow.
Final Product	Poor The student started a project but did not complete their wreath.	Fair The student's wreath is either missing greens and/or a hand made bow. The wreath is seemingly unattractive as a final product.	Good The student made a wreath that included greens and a hand made bow but could be more attractive as a final product.	Outstanding The student finished a wreath including completed greens and a hand made bow. The wreath is full and looks attractive.
