Homework Completion Rubric Classwork Completion Rubric Students will know homework expectations which would include completeness, accuracy, requirements, legibility and time management. This rubric will also provide a means of grading homework assignments. The better the quality of your homework, hopefully, the better your grade. COMPLETION How much of the assignment was completed?	Non-Mastery Less than 1/2 of the assignment was completed.	Partial Mastery 1/2 -3/4 of the assignment was completed.	Mastery The entire assignment was completed.
ACCURACY How much of the assignment was done right?	Non-Mastery Less than 1/2 of the assignment was done correctly.	Partial Mastery 1/2 -3/4 of the assignment was done correctly.	Mastery 3/4 or more of the assignment was done correctly.
LEGIBILITY Was the homework done in pencil or pen and can it be read easily?	Non-Mastery Not legible. Hard to read.	Partial Mastery Mostly neat and legible.	Mastery Very neat.
Following instructions Was the assignment completed following the directions? Did the student show work where necessary?	Non-Mastery Student did not follow directions and/or the assignment was answers only.	Partial Mastery Student followed directions and the assignment was done showing most of the work.	Mastery Student followed all directions and the assignment was done showing all work neatly and easily followed.
Timeliness Was the assignment turned in on time?	Non-Mastery Assignment had to be made up at school.	Partial Mastery Assignment late, but turned in before having to be made up at school.	Mastery Assignment turned in on time.
Self Assessment Did I work at the level of my ability?	Non-Mastery Minimal effort was given. The student should try harder.	Partial Mastery Good effort was made and the student met my expectations.	Mastery Outstanding work, the student should be proud of their effort!
