Setting Construction	Level 4 Drawing is extremely attractive. Many different colors were used and all items were neat and well thought out.	Level 3 Drawing is attractive. Some different colors were used. Almost all items were neat and present.	Level 2 Drawing is attractive. Very few colors were used. Not all items were present and is a bit messy.	Level 1 Drawing is poorly made. Almost no color used. Almost all of the items are present.
Setting Theme	Level 4 Drawing shows a scene from the book clearly. You can tell the characters and the setting are from the book.	Level 3 Drawing somewhat shows a scene from the book. You can tell characters and setting are from the book.	Level 2 You cannot easily tell this is a scene from the book. Characters and setting are not very recognizable.	Level 1 Drawing does not show a scene from the book.
Quality and Effort	Level 4 Student's work displays high quality and put forth great effort.	Level 3 Student put forth some effort.	Level 2 Little effort.	Level 1 No effort put into project and lack of quality.
