Tempo/Steady Pulse	Poor The student could not keep a steady pulse or maintain a single tempo through the exercise	Fair The student kept a steady pulse, but the tempo fluctuated	Good The student was able to keep a steady pulse and the tempo remained consistent most of the time	Excellent The student was able to maintain a steady pulse and consistent tempo through the whole exercise
