Interview Final Exam Interview Final Exam One on One Final Exam between Professor and a student. Students had to generate a portfolio/profile (All work must be in portfolio in an organized manner). Students need to dress professional and take this interview as if it were a real interview. Vocabulary/Content Buzz words and word selection.	Very Bad Used a lot of slang and words like "you know"...."immmm" Did not expand the answer just said yes or no.	Poor Used slang, and only expand on 1 or 2 questions.	Average Used appropriate wording.	Good Used appropriate wording and knew a few child care words.	Excellent Used appropriate wording and used child care knowledge words.
Professionalism Dress, Body Language, Politeness, promptness etc.	Very Bad Was late and not dressed for interview.	Poor On time but not dressed.	Average On time and somewhat dressed. Was polite and used a good tone. Had good posture.	Good On time, dressed for the interview was polite and had good posture.	Excellent Was a few minutes early, dressed for the interview, was very polite and great posture.
Responses How did the students response to the questions?	Very Bad Didn't answer any of the questions.	Poor Only answered half the questions.	Average Answered the questions using no experience.	Good Answered all questions and used some experiences in the answers.	Excellent Answered all questions and used experiences in the answers.
