Interviewee	Poor “I would call the coworkers and tell them that we have a lot of customers and how that is messed up they didn’t come in and then about all the customers coming in at once, I would tell them I am all alone and going on my break.”	Fair “I would take the initiative of being proactive of a potential flow of customers and prepare my area with enough product to meet their needs. I would also be detail oriented to answer the questions and/or concerns of each customer and move as fast as possible to serve them in a professional manner.	Good I would demonstrate adaptability to the situation by always being disciplined in knowing the products and services we provide to better answer any potential questions or concerns with our customers. This would make the use of my limited resources and time more efficient to problem solve and be a team player for my absent coworkers.
