Speech is not influenced by first language/ is minimally influenced by first language.
Use of Vocabulary	Beginning Inadequate or inaccurate use of vocabulary with a several errors.	Average Adequate/ accurate use of vocabulary with few errors.	Excellent Rich use of vocabulary with little or no errors.
