Zoo Animals Project Zoo Animals Project After students have visited the Zoo,and observed their favorite animal from the field trip. Students have already researched the animals habitat, food, their basic needs and the dangers they face. They will create a poster or make a power point presentation of the animal and include a picture, description of the animal, where they live, what they eat, basic needs, and any facts they find interesting. Creativity	Poor Student shows no effort in drawing.	Good Student showed some effort on picture and included some detail.	Excellent Student created a colorful poster with lots of detail. The picture is eye catching,interesting, and engaging.
Presentation	Poor Student does not attempt	Good Student mostly speaks clearly and makes a fair amount of eye contact with the audience. Student knows where animal is from and tells why they chose it.	Excellent Student speaks clearly during presentation and makes eye contact with the audience. Student knows where the animal they chose is from and tells why they chose it.
