Supporting Details	Need Improvemet Paragraph includes 1 supporting sentences to support the main idea.	Getting There! Paragraph includes 2 supporting sentences. Setences support the main idea.	Great Work! Paragraph includes 3 supporting sentences. Sentences must clearly support the main idea.
Punctuation	Need Improvemet Many capitalization and punctuation errors.	Getting There! Only a few errors of capitalization or punctuation.	Great Work! Capital letters at the beginning of sentences and correct punctuation is used.
Spelling	Need Improvemet Many spelling errors.	Getting There! Few spelling errors.	Great Work! Grade level appropriate words are spelled correctly, including sight words.
