Placement	Excellent able to enhance haircut by placing foils in appropriate places knows when to change weaving techniques (around hairline)	good understands the reasons of different weaving techniques such as slices, back to back foils understands the need for balance sectioning is neat and organized	Poor foils slipped not secured tightly enough to hair foils placed with no thought to outcome inconsistent weaving
