Content 30 pts	Poor Content is incomplete. Major points about the proposed model or strategy are not clear.	Acceptable Content is not comprehensive. <BR> Major points of proposed model or strategy are addressed, but not well supported. <BR> Content is inconsistent with regard to purpose and clarity of thought.	Excellent Content is comprehensive, accurate and clearly presented.Major points of proposed model or strategy are stated and clearly linked to statement of issue or case study. Content and purpose of the writing are clear and explained fully.
Organization & Structure 20 pts	Poor Organization and structure detract from the message of the writer. The essay is disjointed and lacks transition of thoughts.	Acceptable - Structure of the essay is not easy to follow. Transitions need improvement.	Excellent - Structure of the essay is clear and easy to follow, and interesting. Transitions are excellent and aide the reader's understanding of the ideas presented.
