The presentation is disorganized and hard to understand.	Poor The poster is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in the information presented. The poster is confusing.
Oral Presentation	Exceeds Well prepared and poised, speaks clearly and loudly enough for audience to hear, engages the audience, invites questions.	Good Mostly prepared and poised, speaks clearly and loudly most of the time, mostly engages the audience, invites questions.	Fair Somewhat prepared and poised, speaks clearly and loudly some of the time, engages the audience.	Poor Unprepared and not poised, neither clear nor understandable, does not engage the audience.
Creativity	Exceeds Eye catching. Great use of colors and spacing on poster. Writing is easy to read from a few feet away. Has several graphics/images to enhance understanding.	Good Shows some creativity with layout and design. Lots of colors, images/graphics which help explain the topic.	Fair Not very appealing. Limited use of creative materials.
