Group used no or poor use of technology, 21st century web 2.0 tools to research, create or to present.
Fair

Minimal use by group of technology, 21st century web 2.0 tools to research, create or to present.
Good

Good use by group of technology, 21st century web 2.0 tools to research, create AND to present. Technology chosen shows adequate research as to which tools to use, not just first one found.
Excellent
