Student passes the ball correctly most of the time. The student uses the correct passing technique.

Student passes the ball with proficiency. Able to pass to stationary and moving targets during game play

Exhibits skill to catch a pass throw while stationary and moving.

Student can perform skill with some consistency in a non game situation and with no defenders present

Student knows almost all the rules. Can help teach others that don't know all the rules.
