Listens to Follow Directions	Poor Rarely follows multi-step directions, needs steps broken into single steps, often needs prompting to carry out.	Fair Sometimes follows multi-step directions, often needs repetition, may need prompting sometimes.	Good Usually follows multi-step directions.	Advanced Always follows multi-step directions with self-initiated requests for clarification as appropriate.
Listening Behaviors	Poor Rarely visually attentive to speaker.	Fair Sometimes visually attentive to speaker.	Good Usually appears attentive to speaker.	Advanced Visibly attentive to speaker with settled posture and visual attention to speaker.
