Be Prepared	0 Points Student is not prepared with a sharpened pencil and does not have notebook and/or homework out.	1 Point Student has pencil ready but needs reminding to get notebook and/or homework out.	2 Points Student has pencil, notebook and/or homework ready.
Respect Teacher	0 Points Shows disrespect to teacher 3 or more times in a class period.	1 Point Shows disrespect to teacher 1-2 times in a class period.	2 Points Demonstrates respect to teacher with no corrections in a class period.
Respect Peers Enter criteria description	0 Points Shows disrespect to, teases or ridicules a fellow student or a fellow student's work 3 or more times in a class period.	1 Point Shows disrespect to, teases or ridicules a fellow student or a fellow student's work 1-2 times in a class period.	2 Points Demonstrates respect for fellow students and their work with no corrections in a class period.
Does Not Disrupt	0 Points Interrupts others 3 or more times in a class period.	1 Point Interrupts others 1-2 times in a class period.	2 Points Does not disrupt others during the class period.
Work/Task Assigned	0 Points Rarely or never completes tasks or projects assigned. This applies to homework AND classwork.	1 Point Sometimes on task but may follow directions with a poor attitude demonstrate a bad attitude when working on projects or completing tasks assigned. May or may not complete the task or work assigned.	2 Points Focuses on project or task assigned and completes all work assigned with a positive attitude.
