Notebook Students must have a notebook or binder and a place to store worksheets/handouts.	Excellent Student has a binder or notebook. Student also has an area to keep worksheets and handouts in order.	Good Student has a binder or notebook. Worksheets/handouts are all folded and out of order.	Fair Student has a notebook. No worksheets.	Poor Student does not have a notebook of any kind.
Order/Dated Students must keep notes in order and dated.	Excellent All notes are dated. Notebook kept in proper order.	Good Some notes are dated. Kept in order.	Fair Some notes are dated. Out of order.	Poor No dates visible.
Handouts/worksheets Students must keep all the required handouts/worksheets in a notebook or placed in a folder.	Excellent All handouts/worksheets present and in required place.
