	Novice 1 pts	Developing 2 pts	Acceptable 3 pts	Accomplished 4 pts
Comprehension	Novice Student demonstrates little/no understanding of basic financial/economic terms by scoring 60% or less on the vocabulary test.	Developing Student demonstrates some understanding of basic financial/economic terms by scoring 60-80% on the vocabulary test.	Acceptable Student demonstrates a reasonable understanding of basic financial/economic terms by scoring 81-99% on the vocabulary test.	Accomplished Student demonstrates complete understanding of basic financial/economic terms by scoring 100% on the vocabulary test.
Usage	Novice Student cannot use basic financial/economic terms correctly to answer an open response question (ORQ).	Developing Student can use some basic financial/economic terms correctly while answering an ORQ.	Acceptable Student can use most basic finanical/economic terms correctly while answering an ORQ.	Accomplished Student uses all basic financial/economic terms correctly while answering an ORQ.
