Emergency Scene Video Assessment Rubric 3 
This rubric is a blank template of structured questions for the student to utilize while viewing real-time Fire and Emergency calls. It is formatted in a dual-axis form to both identify quantify and comment on actions seen. It is designed for the student to identify key factors in Fire Ground activities as well as develop the Cognitive and Affective realms of concepts and ideas of Fire Science, Fire Behavior, Incident Command and Safety in relation to emergency scenes.
