Good Instructions were followed exactly and every effort was taken to meet the standard.	Excellent Met all of the standard and went over and above to produce an enhanced project.
Neatness	Poor Model shows a significant number of glue lines, crooked cuts or siding not adhered.	Fair Several glue lines, crooked cuts and siding not adhered are visible.	Good An occasional glue line, crooked cut or detached siding is visible.	Excellent Model lacks any signs of glue and all cuts are exact and neat.
Scale	Poor Model is not built to scale and does not prove that the initial drawings were correct.	Fair There are several scale issues with exterior walls or interior partitions.	Good There is an occasional scale issue on an exterior wall or interior partition.	Excellent All interior and exterior walls and partitions are built to scale.
Model features.	Poor Model is built but ineffective.	Fair Model is built but is only partially effective.	Good Model is built and effective.	Excellent Model is well built and easily recognizable, effective and exceeds all expectations.
