Forms Opinions	Level 4 Student expresses valid opinions about the musicals and supports his/her opinions all of the time.	Level 3 Student expresses valid opinions about the musicals and supports his/her opinions most of the time.	Level 2 Student may have an opinion about the musical, but is unable to support it with valid criteria.	Level 1 Student has no opinion about the musical, and is unable to support it with valid criteria.
Musical Comparison	Level 4 Student easily draws comparisons between different musicals that have been discussed in class.	Level 3 Student draws comparisons between different musicals that have been discussed in class with some prompting.	Level 2 Student attempts to draw comparisons between different musicals that have been discussed in class, but is not always successful.
