Speaker is completely prepared and has obviously rehearsed.

Speaker manages the conversation with the teacher with no hesitation.

Speaker seems pretty prepared but might have needed a couple of more rehearsals.

Speaker is somewhat prepared but it is clear that rehearsal was lacking.
