On Task	Poor The student is off task at the stations even after receiving reminders/cues from the teacher.	Fair The student needs reminders to remain on task at the fitness stations but upon receiving reminders is able to return to :on task:" behavior.	Good The student independently remains on task at the fitness stations without needing redirection from the teacher.	Excellent The student independently remains on task at the fitness stations without needing redirection from the teacher and is able to act as a peer coach to other group members needing assistance.
Correct Form	Poor The student uses incorrect form at the fitness stations and does not make corrections after cues are given.	Fair The student needs cues at the fitness stations in order to perform the activities with correct form. The student responds to the given feedback.	Good The student independently demonstrates proper form at the fitness stations without needing cues from the teacher.	Excellent The student independently demonstrates proper form at the fitness stations without needing cues from the teacher. The student is able to act as a peer coach to other group members by providing feedback and activity cues to others needing assistance.
