Effective Business Communication 
The aim of these lessons are to explore the different aspects of communication within the business environment and to familiarize the student with the basic communication principles in business. To satisfy this part, the program requires the formation of groups to cover subject areas.

Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.
