Simulation Clinical 
A score of 0 in any category will result in student receiving a unsatisfactory for the clinical simulation assignment and be dismissed from the clinical site. *A total score of 10 or less will result in an unsatisfactory score and the student will be dismissed from the clinical site. Successful completion of this clinical assignment is mandatory for students to receive certification of completion.
