Respirations	Poor 1. Was not able to count rate on 1st try 2. Needed to repeat more than twice to get correct respiration rate. 3. Needed help from instructor.	Good 1. Blood Pressure	Poor 1. Needed several tries to adjust BP cuff 2. Needed several attempts to get cuff inflated 3. Left the cuff inflated to long causing some pain to the pt.	Good 1. Did some fumbling with the cuff, but got it on correctly 2. Got the cuff inflated correctly after 2nd attempt.	Excellant 1. Correct cuff size 2. Palpate pulse point 3. Apply cuff correctly (evenly and snugly) 4. Cuff was inflated/deflated correctly 5. Let the air out slowly and at appropriate rate.
Pulse Oximetry	Poor 1. Did not have pulse oximeter 2. Did not check pt to verify if pt was wearing nail polish 3. Needed cues from instructor	Good 1.Had oximeter and knew how to use equipment. 2. Did not verify and remove nail polish prior to taking the reading. 3. Required some cues from instructor.	Excellant 1. Had equipment ready, pt's hands clean and checked for nail polish, 2. Was able to use pulse oximeter effectively and got correct reading.
