Fair I have a date but no address and include a salutation.	Poor I did not include date or address; I may not have a salutation such as "Dear Ms. Bailey-Bean"
Introduction	Excellent The reader is excited by my intro and can't wait to read more.	Good My introduction is interesting and explains why I'm writing.	Fair I have a basic start to my letter that the reader can understand.	Poor I do not catch the reader's attention.
Body Development - Details	Excellent I have included all of the required questions and added some details that engage the reader.	Good I have included most of the required questions about myself.	Fair I have included 2 of the required questions about myself.	Poor I do not follow the instructions and answer the required questions about myself.
Conclusion and Closing	Excellent My closing makes the reader feel good and my closing is creative.	Good I have an average closing that the reader likes and a good closing.	Fair I do not wrap up my ideas, but leave a closing.	Poor I do not leave the reader with a good feeling and forget a closing sentence such as "Sincerely,..."
