It is presented in a standard way with some inefficiency.	Excellent The content presented in complete and informative. It is presented in ways that are interesting and an efficient use of space.
Graphics and Pictures	Poor Graphics do not go with the accompanying text or appear to be randomly chosen.	Fair Graphics go well with the text, but there are too few and the publication of the text seems to be heavy.	Good Graphics go well with the text, but there are so many that they distract from the text.	Excellent Graphics go well with the text and there is a good mix of text and graphics.
