5 Senses Words	AMAZING! I used just the right words that make clear pictures about the 5 senses in the reader's head.	PRETTY GOOD! I used some words that show the 5 senses. My words tell more than show.	I CAN GET BETTER! I didn't use words that show the 5 senses.
Feeling Words	AMAZING! I used at least 5 words to show my feelings to the reader.	PRETTY GOOD! I used a few words to show my feelings to the reader.	I CAN GET BETTER! I didn't use any words to show my feelings to the reader.
Form	AMAZING! I used rhythm, verses and creative words that made my writing a poem.	PRETTY GOOD! I used some rhythm or some creative words in my poem.	I CAN GET BETTER! The reader couldn't tell that that my writing was a poem, because I didn't use rhythm or creative words.
