Prepare a five minute presentation and five page paper. Employs Problem Based Learning to generate and action plan for implementing PBL in the Sheriff's Office.

Successfully meets the Achieved category and carry out the Action Plan and interpret impact. Evaluate areas that need adjustment.

Successfully meets superior categories and use our agency's experience in assisting other agency's to implement PBL.

Instructors are not using Problem Based Learning, Adult Based Learning to facililitate learning.

A good but not fully developed argument, idea or factual analysis in written work. Some relevant material and issues identified but not discussed in great depth. Errors in writing or presentation. Overview of the topic with limited specifics included. Research included but not triangulated. Confirmed by the PBL Coordinating Committee.

Your written work addresses mos relevant sections of teh topic. Sound research and arguments are developed, whilst taking in consideration most of the social, ethical and procedural matters of the topic. No spelling or grammar errors. A substantial and original contribution to the analysis of the problem and a well structured written submission. Seminal research presented and used in supportive arguments. Confirmed by PBL Committee.

Substantial thoughts, ideas and effort put into the development and presentation of your written work. Well lstructured, set our, persuasively, comprehensively argued. Cogently presented and articulated developed argument espousing all important perspectives. All relevant sections of the topic and the issues considered, addressed succinctly. relevant and pointed analysis of research included. Written work usable by other students to enhance their learning. Confirmed by PBL Committee
