Half-mile Run	Poor No attempt made at Half- Mile run or time improved by 1-10 seconds.	Average Half-Mile run time improved by 11-20 seconds.	Very Good Half-Mile run time improved by 21-30 seconds.	Excellent Half-Mile run time improved by more than 30 seconds.
Push-Up (to fail)	Poor No attempt at Push-ups made or improved by 1-5 Push-Ups.	Average Push-up number improved by 6-10 Push-ups.	Very Good Push-up number improved by 11-15 Push-ups.	Excellent Push-up number improved by more than 15 Push-ups.
