Group Work This rubric is used as an assessment for student's participation in a group setting.
	Poor (possible points 0-2) 2 pts	Fair (possible points 3-5) 5 pts	Good (possible points 6-8) 8 pts	Excellent (possible points 9-10) 10 pts
Contribution Students contribution to work/activity being completed in group.	Poor Contributed very little to the group.	Fair Contributed 50% of the time to the group.	Good Contributed 80% of the time to the group.	Excellent Contributed 100% to the group.
Cooperation Teacher intervention was need to help student cooperate with the group members.	Poor Teacher intervention was need to help student cooperate with group members the majority of the group time.	Fair Teacher intervention was needed only a few times.	Good Teacher intervention was needed only once.	Excellent Teacher intervention was not necessary to help student cooperate with group members.
On Task Teacher intervention was need to help student stay on task.	Poor Teacher intervention was need to help student stay on task.	Fair Teacher intervention was needed only a few times.	Good Teacher intervention was needed only once.	Excellent Teacher intervention was not needed to keep student on task.
Communication Student communicated with the other group members in an courteous manner, as well as listened actively to other members.	Poor Student needed constant reminders to listen to other group members, and/or speak to other group members in a courteous manner.	Fair Student needed constant reminders to listen to other group members, and/or speak to other group members in a courteous manner.	Good Student needed only one reminder to listen to other group members, and/or speak to others in a courteous manner.
