EFWMA Character Awards Rubric 
This award rubric is focused on leadership. The students will earn awards that recognize their leadership skills, character traits, and academic accomplishments. Students may earn awards recognizing their leadership skills, and positive leadership roles. The students may also explore leadership opportunities within the community and participate in experiential leadership activities.
