Quote clearly supports the event and helps the reader to have a clearer understanding of the word.
Organization	Poor No clear topic and closing sentences. Information is not organized. Connections between ideas are confusing.	Fair Topic sentence is clear. Logical sequencing of details and quote.	Good Clear topic sentence. Organization of the information and the quote enhances enhances the reader's understanding of the word.
Well Written Sentences	Poor Sentences are choppy and hard to follow. There are many run-ons and fragments. Sentences begin the same way.	Fair Sentences are generally clear and easy to read.
