Seasoning & Flavoring 1 pts Does the menu represent the spices and hebs showcased?	Poor The courses on the the menu were either not seasoned or an excessive amount of spices and herbs were used. The flavoring does not represent the menu. Taste is not good	Fair The courses on the menu contain light hints of spices and herbs or the taste was slightly off.	Good The courses on the menu contain good seasoning and flavorings. The spices and herbs used bring out the full flavor.
3-Course Menu Planning 1 pts Does the menu contain a variety of flavors, shapes, colors and cooking methods?	Poor The recipes and placement of courses chosen did not flow properly. The was no consistent flow from one course to the next.	Fair The recipes and placement of courses had somewhat of a flow. There was a slight progression of spices and herbs used.	Good The recipes and placement of course contained complimentary flow of spices and herbs used. The 3-course menu contained strong profiles that did not overpower the proceeding course.
Final Product 1 pts Enter criteria description	Poor Final food products was under cooked, and inedible. Recipes were not followed correctly and Chef instructions were ignored	Fair Final food products was edible; but lacked in flavor and seasoning. Errors were made in following directions of recipe or Chef instructions	Good Correct preparation of food products resulted in good flavor profiles, texture and plate presentation.
