The courses on the menu contain light hints of spices and herbs or the taste was slightly off.

The courses on the menu contain good seasoning and flavorings. The spices and herbs used bring out the full flavor.
3-Course Menu Planning

The recipes and placement of courses chosen did not flow properly. The was no consistent flow from one course to the next.
