iRubric: Blow-Dry Style with Round Brush rubric

Student needed a high level of supervision to complete the blow dry and round brush Had difficulty with three or more of the following tasks:
1. Section hair according to directions.
2. Clip hair out of the way to dry each section using round brush.
3. Kept the air flow of the hair dryer going in the direction of the hair.

Student needed several reminders to complete the blow dry. Had difficulty with two or more of the following tasks:
1. Section hair according to directions.
2. Clip hair out of the way to dry each section using round brush.
3. Kept the air flow of the hair dryer going in the direction of the hair.

Student needed few reminders to complete the blow dry. Had difficulty with one or more of the following tasks:
1. Section hair according to directions.
2. Clip hair out of the way to dry each section using round brush.
3. Kept the air flow of the hair dryer going in the direction of the hair.

Student was able to listen to directions to complete the blow dry. Had no difficulty with any of the following tasks:
1. Section hair according to directions.
2. Clip hair out of the way to dry each section using round brush.

Student did not remember to adjust mannequin head (if using: Does not ask/adjust client as needed) so that work can be done easier. Did not rewet hair during blow-drying if needed. Needs constant reminders to follow Safety procedures.
